in reality many of us will have no chance to redeem the voucher at such exceptional times/places, statistics are clear here. supposed the voucher will have an expiry date, a significant portion will expire (compare statistics "IC weekend voucher")
so this is like casino, yes there are winners, but as a fact looser are the majority.
