I was well on my way to the lifetime *G, at 700K mi and making CO PL every year, then Jeff Smisek happened. I went over to DL and have been happy since. However, I still fly UA several times a year (I'm Silver bc of my MR Platinum status), and they've done a really good job. It feels like flying CO again. I would like to give them more business, but where I go doesn't match up well with where they go.
