While I agree that the outrage over "Delta didn't hold the flight for us!" is nonsense, I disagree that "Delta is not at fault here."

That rebooking was ridiculous. There was no way those passengers could make that connection, no matter what. DL should have fixed this properly before anybody left Dublin.

If the OP is going to complain, complain about that, not about "they didn't hold the flight!"
