Well, I hope not!

I do notice they love to rip the coupon off the BP, or vice versa and sometimes even twice. But I also see that at least MU and CZ allow BPs to the US as long as they are printed on A4 paper. Often very specific about the A4.

Perhaps they have a paper cutter stashed behind the GA counter?
