AFAIK LGW and STN have not been taking diversions for awhile (they turned us away). Explanation was they were already full, which to me suggests until those planes have somewhere to go, they would still be hard-pressed to take a diversion.
Order of report to us onboard, starting about 90 minutes ago, was that we (BA343) were asked if we had fuel to return to NCE (!). When we didn't, Luton was proposed (but ultimately turned us away, just as LGW and STN had), and we ended up at Bournmouth with at least 4 other BA jets. So diversion airports getting further and further... I'd be thrilled if I were at LGW or STN now.

Still awaiting word as to what will happen. No option to disembark, as no immigration here, but an adjacent plane is about to have a crew go out of hours, and that might put a test as to what they do when they have no choice but to disembark passengers as opposed to keep them onboard until a crew comes up...
