I doubt it.
While I think your earlier questions have mostly been addressed, to re-phrase more simply perhaps -- whether you redeposit the miles and book a new ticket, or change the cities on an existing ticket there's a $150 fee. And in reality, in both cases, the miles are redeposited and a new award/ticket is issued.
