Checked in on Thursday (6/10) - was told BB would be given at checkout. Checked again Friday (different front desk person) - same answer.

Checked out today (6/12) - was told BB would be mailed out on Tuesday.
Apparently, this hotel mails out BBs on Tuesdays. I'll update on receipt.

First time this has happened - how much lattitude do individual properties have in this?
