I'm not a big veal eater, but a couple of years ago we were wandering the streets of Amsterdam. We were feeling a bit peckish, so we sat down at a small restaurant near the Vondelpark. The waiter told us the special that day was Weiner Schnitzel, so I ordered it.

OMG was that good! Best veal I've had in my life.
