Rubbish. Since when was a URL protected by copyright?
Whatever the position as between
Kirt_Christensen and
Marathon Man, three things stand out:-
- The knowledge is in fact widely available for free (as it should be).
- Kirt's first audio message, on the front page, says "I have developed a new system ...". From what I've read on this thread and others on FT, this seems to be untrue.
- Charging money for a "course" like this comes with an implied statement that the "system" that it teaches is proprietary, confidential or otherwise not in the public domain. This also seems to be untrue - the site wants money for public domain information.
But then morality and marketing were never synonymous, were they?
