I almost never drive at the end of a flight and mostly fly long haul, so usually take full advantage of the drinks if they're free.
In economy, water, white wine with meals, brandy and orange to knock me out.
PE/Bus. depends greatly on what's on offer.
International F (never done US internal F)

Appropriate wine with courses, port to finish if available, otherwise grand marnier / brandy.
Than back on Champers or possibly one of the red wines.
Bloody Mary with b/fast.
Coffee, tea and beer all seem to taste bad at altitude, but I'm looking forward to trying Cathay's Betsy beer soon to see if it is the exception.
Miso soup is nice in the air, I wonder if anyone has ever considered offering it as a beverage option?
