You said it perfectly: fixable or not, reportable or not, the fact is that this should not be such a widespread issue in J. AC needs to step up their game here; people dropping thousands of dollars won't take well to a metal bench.
But, let's face it canadiancow, you and I both know that you'll always be a little annoyed when flying AC.
