My guess is that they are going for the villa market and the rest is secondary. That seems to be consistent with many newer Amans. Somebody with some insight into hotel financials versus hotel plus villa/residences financials could change my mind but it is certainly enough to make me suspicious about their financial objectives. Put another way: if Aman was selling shares I wouldn’t touch them with a ten foot pole.
