Checked into the Westin Southfield Detroit today when I asked about Breakfast coupons the girl at the front desk said "We ran out of those" - the other girl said she had some so I got them, but I did not know that was a thing. They can just tell you they ran out of coupons and not give you your breakfast perk for PLTs ?

FYI - the front desk and restaurants are under renovation, something I was unaware of till I got here.
