My favorite is when they have the Dark and Blonde roast coffees, but none of the Medium - or better known as "regular" - roast. (I find anything but Medium roast Starbucks wholly undrinkable.)
Even better is when I get attitude from behind the Bistro counter: "We aren't a real Starbucks, you know!" I'm looking at you, Ronkonkoma, NY Courtyard.
