JBauer, need to keep your thoughts on service in perspective. You all visited within the first 3 months of opening. Everyone knows any new property will have issues, and those issues will come with both hard product and soft product. That the service wasn't up to snuff in some cases is because it was brand new when you visited! You knew that. You all booked the reduced awards knowing they were reduced for that very reason. And then you complain about the inevitable service shortcomings as if they are a surprise or deal breaker.
I call it the "looking the gift horse in the mouth" syndrome.
