Depends on what other uses you might reduce and how hard you want to push the utilization factor.
Once you make a route p.t.s. it is a commitment to have lie-flat and equipment swaps away from lie-flat become a problem.
So to add another route with 3-4-5 daily frequency using lie-flat would be difficult unless UA reduced frequency on other routes.
Dunno if it was just for GS, but my wife received a $1000 ETC when our LAX-EWR 752 lie-flat was changed to 753 with recliners (752 was broken).
