Absolutely 100% correct. People say they want better service, but when it comes time to actually make the purchase decision, an overwhelming majority of people choose low bid. Companies that are serving mass markets and ignore that reality get slaughtered.
People who paid for C+ did pay for increased service. Giving them only a couple of drink choices is insulting. Every C+ passenger who is denied their drink choices should demand to speak to a red coat upon arrival.
