There is no change to the snack service. Enhanced snacks have always only been served on flights over 900 miles. C+ should still get at least beer and wine as noted in the memo.
Nope, not in my recent experience (4 flights with short legs in last two weeks). One flight was extra literal in their interpretation... coffee OR water, you could NOT have both (they announced this over the PA prior to service).
