changing money at the GIG airport

I'm headed from GIG to Isla Grande, which I'm told is still largely a cash economy and where there are zero ATMs. So I'll need to get some reals when I arrive at the airport. I assume that (unlike in Argentina) the airport ATMs actually have cash to dispense? Anything weird about using them -- like high transaction fees or low cash withdrawal restrictions)? Where are the machines located?

When I return to GIG, I'll be leaving Brazil, and I may have some unspent reals with me that I'd like to dispose of. Can you easily sell reals at the airport, preferably at a decent rate without much (or any) commission? Where at the airport would I do this?

Thanks for the help!
