As a PLAT I checked in yesterday for a one-night stay (I got in at 4,000 points). Hotel seems to be mostly open, they're still adding things like benches outside the front. Overall, Lobby looks very nice, and a full-service restaurant and bar open for breakfast and then from lunch until midnight.

Check in was a bit disorganized, obviously due to the newness of the property.

They hotel does have suites (there are two on my floor), which I was upgraded to. Large room with separate living room. Bathroom still standard size, from what I can tell.

Continental breakfast is absolutely tiny, so I did upgrade for $4 to the full buffet (first time I've done this as a PLAT). Food quality was great!
