In any case, this has changed my behavior. It used to be that I gave 5 stars unless there was something really wrong with the ride. Now, any traffic violation, music on in the car without asking if I mind (unless I'm not the first pax in the car in a pool), driver doesn't come to the right pickup spot or drops me off at the wrong pickup spot, etc. gets downrated.
