I was quoted ~HK$10,175 for infant HKG - AMS. Apparently based off J fare (at that magnitude, 10% sounds right)
Maybe its different in PEY.
Probably will redeem Avios. it will cost me 99k (one adult + one infant) one way vz the 70k Asiamiles oneway (or 120k return). So I am paying 29k more points one way (worth US$290) so that my infant can fly.
I pulled up a CX PEY Fare (RRT) - not sure if its bookable. But infants are clearly stated as 10% of the fare (so would be c.US$535+taxes) - but i think you should get it slightly cheaper from CX
