Is this still the case? I am on a DL D1 ticket that puts me on VA biz LAX-SYD-AKL in just over two weeks, namely the Thanksgiving weekend. I also found a post by @
serfty saying VA biz puts one in the EY lounge as of March 21.
The reviews of the EK lounge are very positive and I hope to survive the 5 hour layover there, although EY seems okay.
However, if there is some kind of glitch do I not have access to a different TBIT lounge based on DM status?
