I don't have any DPs for B/A, but I just successfully applied for a USB Club Carlson Bus card a week ago using the exact method outlined above. Nothing was asked of me, they just took a few days to process the app, then added the card to the same webpage I use for my personal CC card. So thanks for the heads up on how to apply. ^
