We've gotten plenty of data points from people who gave some "real" information about a "real" business getting asked for "proof" (going back a year at least, I think), but up to now we've gotten no data points of anyone who filled out:

• your name as business name
• your address as business address
• your phone as business phone
• 0 years in business
• $0 business income to date
• minimum employees (1 since they count you)
• sole proprietorship

being asked such information.

These specific answers are designed [a] to be as truthful as possible if you don't have a "real" business, but also [b] to be the answers that imply that you cannot have tax records yet, that there is no separate business name under which to have business documents, etc.

So that's why we're trying to figure if you're the first, or if you gave any of your answers differently than as shown here.
