Be aware that offers (whether online, in email, or in snail mail) are notorious for being sent to you even though you don't qualify due to anti-churning rules. Lots of people who are way over 5/24 get stuff (emails and/or physical mailers) inviting them to apply for United or Southwest airline cards from Chase, claiming they're "pre-approved", but if they actually to try apply, they're always denied for 5/24 reasons.
So the left hand often doesn't check with the right hand at banks regarding anti-churning rules, until you actually apply.
