I won't be needing a massage for the 6 hour flight in F, but my friend could use the pre-flight massage to help offset the misery of the long trip in Y. I could not find a policy about this and thought about just making the reservation when entering the FCL and presenting the guest at the last minute when the Spa appointment happens.
of course from the rules your guest is not eligible for any massage, also not for yours. And probably most other Airlines would refuse such a request.
At TG it will depend on your negotiation skills; if they are fine, your guest will get a 1/2 hour massage as a compromise; if they are very good, he will get your 1 hour massage; if they are absolutely outstanding, you both go for the 1 hour massage.
Time of the day is helping you as it is not really busy just before and after noon
report back your negotiation success!
