Does $100 Statement credit affect minimum spend?

Hi All,

I just got the personal version with the $100 statement credit and recently met the $1k min spend. Just wondering if the $100 statement credit will affect my bonus? I spent exactly $1k so with the statement credit I’d be at $900. Just wanted to make sure! Thanks
