My wife and I did the same ~1 month ago, got the letters requesting tax returns, business documentation, evidence of authority to borrow, etc. Called, explained that as a Sole Proprietor of a 3-month-old company, I had none of that. CSR said personal tax return would be fine. Sent that, just got the 'Open a $1500 CD for a year' letters. At least I have something to start fires now that the weather is turning cold.
