Am I the only one who cannot stand the holier-than-thou "reuse your towels" signs? The ones that tell me to act like I am at home and reuse their towels? First of all, at home I have piles and piles of towels and almost never use one twice without laundering it. And no, these are not towels stolen from a hotel.... Second, at home I am not charging myself $200/night for lodging.
I'm more offended by the envelopes asking me to tip housekeepers, especially when the room isn't thoroughly clean. It always irks me that hotels don't require housekeepers to wear hair nets.
