Don't worry about weight. As long as the bag isn't bulging no one is going to weigh it.
You want the 22 inch domestic upright as that is the one that looks the most conventional and will draw no attention. As another poster mentioned, the widebody international version is too wide for many aircraft and you will wind up losing the ability to roll down the aisle.
