I just want to know how it is in reality. Gonna be a real bummer if it is indeed bad...but I think the negative opinions so far are based on what we're reading, right and not seeing yet?

The Facebook live video gives a pretty good indication of what this lounge is like. I don’t see how anyone could say it is “bad”.
