None of my rides since Sep. 29 has posted, so tomorrow is the end of the 4-week patience period. So in light of SL3 Christine's Post #665 I guess I should not email, just keep waiting.

Sorry for any confusion, but all along we have advised anyone whose rides may be 4 weeks old to contact Program Services via email at
[email protected] and include screenshots of these rides.
So, the call to action is this:
1) Wait four weeks past the ride taken date.
2) If no credit has been received by then, send the email to Program Services.
3) Include a screenshot of the missing rides taken.
4) Check your account periodically within the next 10 business days.
5) If it is over 10 business days since your email to Program Services was sent, send us an email to the email address below and we will follow up on it with them.
I sincerely hope this helps.
