No one here can give you any useful information. We don't know how this will play out. You may be able to get a future award for less or it may be more.
So what is your risk tolerance?
If i book a trip now, and change dates after Nov 1st. Will i have to pay the mileage difference?
The thinking is if you just change dates and the routing stays the same, then the mileage needed will not change.
