BOS-HKG doesn't operate on Monday for you to catch KA248 on 7 NOV.
Given there is only one HKG-REP flight per day and it departs in the morning, your options are limited without overnighting in HKG if you want to take CX transpacific. You may want to expand your search to AA and JL transpac.
Currently there are no transcon AA awards for JFK to LAX/SFO to catch CX LAX/SFO-HKG flights
