Two wrong assumptions in one quesion:
1. You are only asked to open a CD with a
business card application.
The business card doesn't have a Plat version. So with business card, you either get 30k or you're denied, nothing in between.
2. And on personal cards, Sig requires
$5k, not $10k, minimum CL.
