Introduction of premium economy cabins? @:-) Yep, that's an improvement.

Refurbishment of lounges? @:-) Yep, that's an improvement.

Fleet-wide improvement of international long-haul business class seats (slow and uneven product-wise as it has been)? @:-) Yep, that's an improvement.

Introduction of self-rebooking IROPS capability in app? @:-) Yep, that's an improvement, albeit a small one.

Restoring coach meals on LAX/JFK and SFO/JFK routes? @:-) Yep, that's an improvement, if you care about that sort of thing.
