I found the longest line I can recall at BWI this morning. The Pier D line was backed up not just to the start of the international terminal, E, but all the way into the main body of terminal E where it had started to interfere with check-in lines for the international carriers.

But to their credit, the TSA seemed to be genuinely concerned about getting everybody to his flight on time. They periodically came through the line and called out people whose flight times were within the next 1/2 hour and pulled those people into the flight crew lanes 8 and 9. I still made my flight!
