Anyone got any experience about complaining about a delayed flight or is it just a waste of time.
Booked on EK338 from CRK to DBX which ended up in a 5 hour delay in CRK, believe me this is not an airport you want to spend any time more than necessary in. Resulting delay made me miss my connecting EK007 flight to LHR but in all fairness the swap to EK001 was painless and efficient, but it meant I arrived at LHR 5,1/2 hours later than scheduled and I didn't get my Eggs Royale

If it makes any difference I was booked in economy but upgraded to J with cash on first sector and then upgraded again with points on DBX to LHR. Flights were booked as one trip starting at LHR.
So any point in sending an email, or just accept it?
