PC lot & Premium Upgrade area were both entirely vacant, as they have been on other Saturdays (less than 1/4 of the time, but noticeable frequency) recently.

On these Saturdays, there will be 5-20 cars in the "reserved" areas and essentially none anywhere else, and I'll be directed to choose one (or from among a group of cars) from the reserved spots.
