I sat in 13E on my last A321 flight. I'd rate it just a hair under 13C because you do lose a little bit of elbow room to the flight attendant jump seat. However, the advantage is there's only one person to crawl over you. I also like being able to chat with the flight attendants during take off and landing, but that's just me.
