I'm partial to Molokini crater, both the back side drift dive, and on the inside, Reef's End deep. Both are great dives, and have done each a number of times. Also plenty of beach dives on Maui, although getting from the car to the beach can be a pain. Five Graves is one which is past Kihei, as well as dives past Kapalua.

Looking at my dive log, I got a little carried away at Reef's End Deep. I show max depth reached at 134ft.

Monolith over on Lanai is another good dive, easily reached from Maui dive operations. Barge Harbor on Lanai is another good one.

I've also had some great dives on the Big Island, but I need to find my dive log for it. Anything on the Kona coast is usually fantastic.
