Anyone having trouble booking the 2 free credit cards online? My wife's are showing in her account, but when we try to book online, there's no option to use them. I know it used to be easy, because I did it for my account. Did it change when they changed the sign up bonus from free nights to points? I'm sure I can do it by calling, but annoyed I'll have to do that.
