Hilton wants to have it both ways.

They want dynamic pricing for award nights, generally speaking.

But then they want to be able to forecast the rate/stick it to loyalty members by charging us the highest possible rate on 4 nights we pay for when we take advantage of the "stay 4 nights get 5th night free" program.

Okay, maybe I should just shut up. At least they didn't just completely discontinue the "stay 4 nights get 5th night free" program...
