Specifically, read this post about Conrad London

You would pay 20+K more than the old system.
This is not to make it simpler as it is very simple in the past - just the avg the total of 5 nights when shown as per night cost - this is yet another dishonest, sneaky, outright devaluation of the points just a few months after it completely got rid of the award charts and went to a revenue based system.
This is a well known Hilton bug then a multiple nights stay cost MORE then every single night within it. It's nothing with "5th night free" benfit.
Just try to book Conrad London without logging in to your account for 5 nights from 27 Dec to 1 Jan. You will get this:
27 Dec 2017 80,000 points
28 Dec 2017 80,000 points
29 Dec 2017 80,000 points
30 Dec 2017 80,000 points
31 Dec 2017 80,000 points
Same results will be with a cash booking. Try 5 nights, and it will be:
27 Dec 2017 379,00
28 Dec 2017 379,00
29 Dec 2017 379,00
30 Dec 2017 379,00
31 Dec 2017 379,00
But try 1 night, and you get prices from 265 per night.
Once again, its not a problem with 5th night free. It's a problem with a multinight stay at this particular hotel for this particular dates.
