Yes that's fine. Each person in F is allowed to access any of the AA/BA/CX F lounges in T3, and is entitled to one guest each as long as the guest is on a oneworld marketed and operated flight. You can try all three F lounges if you wish, although the CX one is the best.
There isn't a QF lounge atm, and although it is apparently near completion it is unlikely to open until at least November.
