Yikes! That doesn't sound good. I have DEL-YYZ-DEL and DEL-LHR-DEL trips in the 9W 777 F cabin in the next few months. Was quite looking forward to them - till I read this!

As for just 2 food choices...wow... didn't they offer the printed F food menu?

And any change in amenities like pajamas, washbags etc as well?
