OP gets there at 6 AM. Is anything open other than shops? I get there at 4:30 AM so have a similar problem. The free showers don't open until 8 AM, right?
The CJ food court restaurants are decent.
The CGV will play English movies in English with Korean subtitles. Korean movies won't have anything but Korean speaking.
