Don't know the answer to your last question but on reflection was wondering; what does gender have to do with being trusted or not trusted. Isn't the background check based on personal history and existing records? Does it matter if a person has long hair, short hair, breasts or other specific "parts" or not?
Looks to me that TSA may once again be focused on things that just doesn't matter. But that wouldn't be anything new for TSA, would it?
