I would call to book award room and clarify you have 2 adults, plus 2 kids and see what the response is.
There are only three room (suite) types that have an occupancy level that will accommodate four adults: Hyde Park Suite; Ambassador Suite; and Royal Suite.

None of these are available using Starpoints for a suite award.
